香港的資助學校都好似無咩特別幫到那些資優兒童, 有冇人知那裏可以找到幫助??

Dear fannychoi,

I know SFA (located in Shek Kei Mei) emphasis on Gift education.  I'm not sure whether she allow the kid to study ahead...I think you can make inquire to the school directly...

Hope it can make a little help!

I will most likely let my son to study there as my son is a gift.

SFA has "jump" class case. But you child must be top 1-3 in the 3 main subjects in their school. Besides, they will talk to the parents and the student and to have better understandingover the case. But the principal definately allow gifted child to "jump". They appreciate very much the gifted child and regard all students of their school are "gifted". You can try to contact them and find out.

The ISF Academy allows kids who are more advanced in individual subjects to take lessons in the year above.  If (for example) you kid is in P2 but his/her math is of P4 standard the school will let him/her attend Math classes in P4.  

Can any ISF parents tell me whether I am right or wrong?

聽說要求學校批淮跳班好煩, 又要Educational Psy 證明IQ etc. 所以官校學通常都不可以跳..
又聽說學校不支持係因為個細路雖然IQ 高可以跳班, 但跳班後其它小朋友身形大個佢(因年紀大些), 小朋友可能唔適應, 心理成長會有影响, 你地認為會不會?

另外, 如果小朋友讀優才/or 真道後, 可不可以讀返普通的中學(即可以考會考 or 以後的334 )??
