天主教如父母一方是教友，孩子可3歲前，不用上慕道班而嬰兒領洗。

No.  Each school can have their own definition for this 5 points, for example: (1) the child has been baptized, (2) either one of the parents have been baptized, etc.

Also, it will be easier for Catholic but there can be very specific requirement with a particular church only with Christian schools.  So, the only way you can confirm is to check with the school directly.  This must be done.  No ones can help you generically.
