School bus service disappointment

My bad experience:

1)The school bus company had not contacted me last week, so finally I called on Friday, they've told me they don't have my contact number and only told me first day pick up time in the morning, however, the driver has told me he would let me know the delivery time on Monday by phone, as usual, it never happened, so I kept calling and calling, at last I ended up waiting for 1 hour 20 mins for them.

2) I live in Caine Road, the pick up time is 7:05, delivery time 4:10.....I want to understand the route and they have gave me the number to call, it never could get through for two days, when it does, the gentlemen has told me he was busy and would call me back, again, it never happened.
Finally I called the CS hotline, they have told me the bus has to arrive school 7:35-7:40 as it has another arrangement after........ To be honest, I've never have expected a "5 star service" however, this is far away from "ok" ....I'm paying 1100 for a 15 mins journey, not only the students are going  earlier than it should be but for the wrong reason....my another son is going school at "north point", the pick up time is 8:25am to attend 9 a.m. to school and pick up at 12:25 when school finish at 12. It takes only 25-35 mins to North point, i found it reasonable and not wasting so much time on traffic. I just don't understand why so close at Hill Road has to take ONE hour.......

I tried calling the school but they asked me to call the bus company direct, I'm worry if the school move to Pokfulam, what time it would be......

我都係冇收過電話。於是，我星期四就打去CS，佢話咗俾我聽上車地點及上車時間，跟住就話司機/褓姆會CALL我，留低佢個電話及車牌等資料，但當然又影都唔見啦。於是喺唔知點的情況下，我昨日唯有早D落去等車，截佢....司機見倒我時好迷惘架，好似唔知喺嗰度會有人上車咁，之後我問係唔係漏咗我資料所以冇CALL到我，佢就話根本冇收到公司有俾家長電話佢。ANYWAY就係咁樣嗚吓嗚吓就上咗車，亦都返倒學，之後我當然亦有打電話返學校反映啦。

好啦，跟住到放學了，昨日12:30放學，司機原先話12:50就會返到，點知等吓等吓，等到1:30至返到來，當然中間又冇人CALL過我叫我等等啦(遲咗咁多，父母擔心係必然的，褓姆都應該打個電話來叫我哋放心。)最後，終於校車來了，竟然又發覺同返學嗰架車唔同喎，當然司機/褓姆亦都唔同人....於是我又CALL CS啦(不過食飯時間係冇人聽的，要打到2:00後至有人聽。)問佢究竟其實係邊架車，返學放學係咪唔同架，佢CHECK完一輪，竟然話俾我聽我架車係街車來的(即佢哋外判咗出去)，所以用邊架車、褓姆資料，佢哋都係冇的，只俾咗承判嗰個司機的電話我，叫我有乜問題打俾佢.......乜我唔係JOIN咗校車咩，校車公司竟然乜都唔知，我諗佢唯一知的，就係個個月叫我俾車費啫。

BRIEFING時說由於校車公司提供星級服務，所以先至收到咁貴....但我睇唔倒佢點"星"囉，同一般褓姆車冇分別架，司機/褓姆亦唔見佢有著制服喎!

我地琴日都係要成1:30pm 先到達, 都係唔同車,我仔仔話呢幾日都會係有幾架車遲啲返學校接佢地,所以呢幾日都會遲啲返到屋企.
但當初轉校巴時唔係話呢間校巴公司唔駛行下一轉,所以收費貴啲咩? 點解會 7：40am 後有另一個arrangement 呀? 仲有外判車? 嘩...真係要向家長教師會反映,要向家長解釋吓喎!

絕對同意要反映。頭幾日有混亂情況都算（我仔昨日上學情況如上面幾位一樣，又係電話都無打來），但判上判到連電話都無？即係接呢個合約嘅公司好似無監管咁！判出去就算？同埋究竟最終接小朋友嘅車有無牌？係咩人？我個人認為一定要知！

Yesterday I was told to wait at bus stop at 07.15, i saw another mom who came later on and said she was told to come at 07.25!! bus came first date at 07.40!!! today bus came 07.35!
Drop off yesterday was a mess, i asked the morning nanny for her cell no. i called yesterday at 1pm as no one calls and let me know when to pick up, only to find out shes NOT going to be the  one who will be the pm nanny during dropoff! This is seriously disorganized!

I was never told of the waiting time before last Friday.  I therefore called the driver and was told to wait at 7:25.  The bus came at 7:45 yesterday.  In the afternoon, I waited at 1:00 and the bus came at 2:10 pm.  The nanny even didn't know my son has to get off.  I have to go into the bus to look for my son.  

Today, the bus came at 7:45 in the morning again and at 4:50 pm (supposed to be arrived at 4:00).  What a mess!

My bus is 8B which is a large bus. It is the "last" bus moving out from school at 4:05pm, (the school end time is 3:20pm), our 8B bus is waiting the bus queue for 45 mins!!!! Not reasonable at all! Finally, the bus arrived at 4:35 today, it took 75 mins!!! The company claimed the large bus can't U-turn at school. But why they don't change into 2 mini-bus??????? I received such poor services but pay high fee at $1,400 Hope someone can help

I feel very bad to my son though, wasted so much time on the bus, if i don't have two sons to send and pick up, i would ask my helper to send him by taxi...my house to the school practically only hkd 30 per journey, still cheaper than 1100 a month.

Talking about the bus nanny, my son has told me today, this morning the nanny was sitting next to him and fell asleep!  

Wish the school finally realize and talk to the bus company direct....The school should get involve as we cannot do much.

It keeps the parents and helpers waiting in the street as well. Just fear of any accidents or other things. And it also affects the time for the children rest and after school activities(ECA, homework).

It is unbelievalbe to have one hour delay in the first school day, and half an hour delay in the second school day. Just wonder if other schools using this bus company service also get delay or SPB only

Our bus is also late. The notice said 7:20am and return 3:55pm. It arrived at 7:35 am for last 2 days and return 4:35pm.   Our children is sitting on the bus for long time.  I called the school admin and told Mrs. Lam about it. She said she will tell my opinion to the bus co.

BTW, you can call the bus driver and find out where is the bus if you waited for long time.  The bus driver phone number is on the notice (intranet).

我哋小一生未有INTRANET戶口，所以第一日返學真係完全無法得知司機/褓姆電話，好徬徨的。

I really hope they can improve so that the children no need to stay at school hall for waiting or keep in the school bus for long time after a whole day of school.

我們也感到非常憤怒!
我們是住在九龍區,學校上課時間是8:05。今天早上,預定上車時間是7:15,但校車到站時間是7:50,我們在街上站了足足35分鐘!!! 司機大佬,我們趕趕住返學!
至於放學,從來無人同我講,小朋友下車的時間。我問司機保母,他們竟對我說:「不知道,我們會早15分鐘致電給你。」天啊!他們也不知何時到站!最後當然沒有致電給我。我大慨4:35P才接到亞仔,這就是我每個月交$2800校車費所回來的九流服務!anger:有人話這間校巴公司服務一流,司機保母有制服,有站長安排一切.....究竟可以去邊度反映我們的不滿??:

I found one of the school bus carrying another kindergarten's name, so I wonder that is a 判上判 school bus.  And being informed earlier, all the school bus should be in one uniform color and the name of the company name, however, I found the some of them are in yellow or white or without any company name.  Some of them don't have the No of car also.

With respect to the atitude and "speed" of the few mornings that the bus nanny picked up the boys, I cannot believe that they don't have the so-called second round (after 7:40am) appointment.

Be remembered we have to pay 1/3 to 1/2 more bus fee this year so as to avoid all the above bad service.

般含道官小原來都係用佢哋，但車費平好多喎....我哋係咪俾人揾咗笨?

我揾唔倒今年個價錢，但2011-2012年度人哋係收緊DD價錢:

中環、上環、西環、山道、均益、皇后大道西、皇后大道中、荷李活道、樂古道、鴨巴甸街、堅道        $600

薄扶林、置富花園、中半山、干德道、旭龢道、羅便臣道、柏道、寶翠園、學士台、蒲飛路、西環村        $650

香港仔、田灣、華富、華貴、域多利道        $750

鴨脷洲、海怡半島、利東邨、鴨脷洲西邨、鴨脷洲大街        $850

就算今年因為成本上漲，乜都要加，但係睇怕人哋點加都加唔到我哋個價錢喎。

我哋俾咁貴車費，唔係方便佢哋判出去之後，仲可以有錢賺啩?!?!

原來我哋都唔算大鑊，朋友個囝讀哈羅，佢話校長出咗個EMAIL，話校巴唔記得接小朋友，有大量小朋友(佢係用MASSIVE來形容)要留校食埋晚飯至走，跟住講講吓原來又係同一間校巴公司....佢哋叫費仲厲害，黃金海岸去學校DOOR TO DOOR要收$1600(後尾話減至$800，但開學前又話佢俾唔夠，要收番$1600)，否則屋苑大閘到學校都要收$1100。

You're living in Kowloon, getting on bus at 7:15am, I live in sheung wan area, getting on bus 7:05 and last week the bus driver asked me to go 6:55 just in case he arriving early......

OMG!!! I'm thinking to drop the school bus next month if it continues like this.
