First of all, you have to consider: If I were you, I'll first cross out those at Kowloon side. As your kid is a girl and there are several good dragon schools in Hong Kong Island, you can mainly focus on:
1) 聖保録 (CWB)
4) St. Clare
7) 蘇浙
8) 真光
9) 聖心
10)維多利亞
12) 救恩
SKH is a very popular kindergarten with good track record although without primary school backup.
Precious Blood is a good kindergarten. Its primary school is a government subsized primary thus it's not a through-train school.
LLC is a happy school too, but the curriculum might be a bit easy (heard from the others) and neither with school vouchers nor primary school backup.
For your target primary, Marymount, as this is a government subsidized primary school, the admission would mainly base on the marking system (e.g. catholic, old girls, with silblings currently studies at Marymount) at the first round and central allocation at the second round (the lucky draw).
For St. Paul's Convent Primary, of course the highest chance to get in are those from its kindergartens, including SPN, SPK and SPN Taipo. However, the admission to its primary is not 100% guaranteed.
For St. Stephen's College, I suppose you are referring to St. Stephen's College Preparatory School located at Stanley, I can't remember it's a private or DSS primary, but the admission is definitely based on interview performance.
