幫朋友一問:If each apples costa $1.how much does it costs to make 3 identical triangular pyramids?

呢條題目好似有小小問題, triangular pyramids可大可小, 咁即係可以有多一個答案?? 係咪應該話最少要幾多錢呢??

如果係做最小既, 即係可以用蘋果做兩層既三角錐體, 第一層一個, 第二層三個, 即係一個三角錐體要用四個蘋果, 即$4, 三個三角錐體即係要 $4x3 = $12

希望我無理解錯....

Impossible! Two reasons:
1.No apples are identical. Hence, it can never form identical triangular pyramids!
2.Even if you can find identical apples, the 3-D figure formed is not a triangular pyramid since there is no angle and straight line in the figure.

However, if the apples are allowed to mash, triangular pyramids can be made by packing the mashed apples into a triangular pyramid mode. The number of apples needed will depend on the size of the apple and the mode.

$18. You need 6 apples to make a pyramid. 3 pyramid will be 3x6=18.

4 apples make the first pyramid. But the 2nd and the 3rd one doesnt need to be 4, 1 more can make the 2nd and 3rd one. So, the total number of apples is 4+1+1
