雖然不容易，機會永遠都在。首要是英文能力，聽講讀寫要達國際學校的水平。若在local school 讀P4，即RC的 Year 5。

This is the Admission Update sent out by ESF in June.  It gives the status of spaces available in all ESF schools.  The best thing you can do is to put in an application to get on the waiting list.

Parents have been informing ESF Centre and schools of their intentions for the next academic year, following the recent request for payment of advance fees to secure students’ places. This information is very useful for schools as they are able to arrange interviews at an early stage to fill any places released.
Places will be available in some secondary schools for the academic year 2012-13:
Discovery College        Year 7 to 11 IB Middle Years / Year 12 IB Diploma Programmes (scholarships available)
Island School        Year 12 IB Diploma and Applied Learning Programmes
King George V School        Year 12 Applied Learning Programmes
Renaissance College        Year 11 IB Middle Years / Year 12 IB Diploma Programmes (scholarships available)
Sha Tin College        Year 12 IB Diploma and Applied Learning Programmes
South Island School        Year 11 GCSE / Year 12 IB Diploma and Applied Learning Programmes
West Island School        Year 10 GCSE / Year 12 IB Diploma and Applied Learning Programmes
We welcome applications from students with different educational and cultural backgrounds. To apply, please go through the online admissions system on: https://admissions.esf.edu.hk/eaadmform.aspx. Please contact individual schools for enquiries.


Application to Year 1 and Year 7 for entry in August 2013
The central application period for children born in 2008 (for Year 1) and 2002 (for Year 7) will be from 1 to 30 September, 2012. Application can be made via the ESF website at www.esf.edu.hk. Please note that siblings of students already attending an ESF school will also need to make their applications during the central application period.

幾年前，有人自認英文程度高，因為嫌棄女兒中學(kln tong 紅磚屋)的英文水平不夠高而轉讀ESF school.

她是成功的個案。
英文要有is 水平是基本。
