My daughter was from local kindergarten at Sham Shui Po.  She got an offer to study Year One at Beacon Hill School a few years back.  It was better than Kowloon Junior as it is one of the longest history schools of ESF.

That was a few years back.. at that time, we pay about HK$6K per month.  
I guess more now.  We left the school and transferred to a local school after Year One there.
