瑪利曼的辦學團體是天主教組織香港基督生活團，基督生活團是 Jesuits(耶穌會，即兩間華仁的辦學團體)成立的分支組織 ，組織內的 Ministry全是耶穌會神父和堅守耶穌會會祖 Ignatian Spirituality，理念是堅持有教無類平等教育機會，希望在將來，瑪利曼和兩間華仁都能堅持不轉直資私校，繼續為普羅大眾服務。
閱畢基督生活團的 Philosophy of Education, 十分認同你文中的一句 "Not just academic, also the values of life", 也許瑪利曼未必是女拔萃那一類主張精英教育的學校，但肯定是一所讓我感動的好學校。

。 K3升上小一，學校都有比時間給小朋友適應，基本上是跟得上課程，所以不用太擔心。學校每天都有15分鐘閱讀時間，有三天是看中文書，這個安排十分好，令我女女看多了中文書。
