國際學校係咪真係咁好，能解決左香港的讀書問題呢？

Agree, but the reality these days is that parents have a preference on which way to go but there is no guarantee that the child will get in!

除少數個性較獨特之外，大部分小朋友都係可谷可吾谷。

所以，重點係搵間適合小朋友，又重視學術的好學校。國際或local 反而吾係最主要，反正家裡可以補底。

見到有d家長講起國際學校就好頂吾順，其實要入勁IS，同入名小一樣咁難。IS同local school一樣有差學校，中學畢業一樣可以胸無點墨，不過係英文流利d。

我有兩個同事,一個從小已去咗外國讀書直至大學畢業,個人唔係好smart嗰種,返到香港因中文唔好(講廣東話ok但睇中文字唔得）結果係係香港好難搵工,事業發展好一般.....另一個從小係香港讀IS,之後美國讀大學,但本身性格係內斂嗰種,佢話自己的中文反而係大學時間努力學番來,廣東話都ok但有時都有d力不從心,又因內斂性格,所以同其他人溝通都不夠信心,d客又話唔明佢想講乜..
雖然國際學校壓力少d,但outcome都好睇小朋友天資同性格....如肯定將來要在香港發展,就好需要打好中文個底....如果會去外國發展就另計！

Dont even think to choose which int school as it is also very difficult to get in, like german, canadian 漢基etc. Going there may ease a bit  parent's time when both are working, but provided you can afford the fees. There are always good and bad about both systems. I found the kids at IS are a bit more active but i dont agree they are all impolite. As a matter of fact most 鬼佬are more polite than chinese but they didnt go to local hk school!
