私立部即上午班唔可以大抽獎，嘉諾撒聖心書院即下午班係津貼既就可以。

我朋友囡囡現三年班，她當年可以大抽獎後再決定的。是否學校改了政策？學校會要求家長簽信去退出抽獎嗎？

Yes, there was a policy change around 3-4 years ago. So, if you asked those parents whose daughters are now in P.4 or above, then they will tell you cannot participate in lucky draw.
It was then changed after Sr. Wong arrived so those in P.3 should be the first group from kindergarten which allow lucky draw, until now which is still effective.

This explains why there are mix of replies as there is a time difference of parents' experience. Hope this help to clear the confusion.

係咩，我記得當年（即6年前）是可參加大抽獎我，我記得我的朋友已經報讀私小及交留位費，仍然去大抽獎，結果抽到聖心津小，當時私小校長是詹修女。
直到黃修女到任私小後，就很強調如已報讀聖心私小，就必須放棄抽獎，黃修女是一個很強的領導者，她那年舉辦的私小講座，所講的說話，到現在細女已經升5年級，我還記得。

Thanks for the sharing. I have only begin to keep track since Sr. Wong arrived so this may help to add more details to what happened in the past for other parents' reference. So this mean there was only one year where lucky draw needs to be giving up.
I am only lucky to have attended her briefing to the kindergarten students last year. Shared the similar feeling that she is a very determine and powerful speaker.
