Kids' Gallery.  Many of my friends' children go there and the parents in general are quite happy with them.  They display the children's work in public forums (e.g. shopping malls) and they also arrange for the older kids to perform on stage.  I don't know how much the children benefit from these activities, but the parents, for one, are happy to see their children's "acheivements".  They have a venue in both Kowloon Tong and Central.
