Anfield Primary School

My daughter got accepted by Anfield Primary school in Tai Wai. Since this school is relatively new, is there any parents who can share with me about this school?

我個仔讀緊Anfield幼稚園，很好，老師質素好，關愛孩子。教學是British Curriculum 規范嚴謹。小學我們也通過面試，去過幾次。新學校，規模小，但attention更多。我們幼稚園班上直升念的有4，5位。對P1老師Rachel評價唔錯。學費較貴，約11000一月。

我仔仔都係讀緊Anfield PN，我自覺個仔唔係Interview能夠充分表現到自己的小朋友，要爭取ESF或者其他競爭性大的國際學校唔易。所以都打算升讀Anfield Primary。希望兩年后小學部會變得更成熟啦，靠晒佢架喇。雖然無乜爭彬頭現象，但我地要對學校有信心。
係哩，你地係咪都係讀完Anfield K2就上Primary 呀? 我反而有小小擔心會唔會迫佢讀埋K3先上。

my daughter studies in G1 last year.  All the teachers are very good, care of child and will let them learn through observation, thinking and discussion.  The have a class performance at the end of each terms and school will let you know what the activities the children participate in by their newsletter every week.  So if you dont have time to meet the teacher, you will not miss the news from school.  So that why teachers, principal and parents are very close.  Even it is a very new school, but I think they will become a very good primary school later on.  For the next year, Anfield kiner principal also being a primary principal.

As my baby will study in Canada for her high school years, I really want her to learn as many Chinese as possible.  Do they teach enough chinese?

don't expect IS teach lot of Chinese
i was told 1hr Chinese lesson per day at Anfield

my daughter is studying at a local kindie, and I'm interested in sending her to a IS for primary.  how many pupils are to be admitted for Year 1? my daughter is HK passport holder, is it difficult to get in Anfield then?

中文佢地會將小朋友分開中文好少少的一組, 差少少的一組, 好的一組會做多少少. 我個人覺得尚可的.

My son is going to Anfield nursery this August. May I ask how is the Chinese level? You said it's acceptable. Can you elaborate in which way? in the amount of time they spend to teach chinese? or does your kid show you how much he/she absorbs from the class? thx.

我都係考慮中，今日有識了位前Anfield 家長話這校經常轉老師，幼稚園連校長都轉幾次，所以他轉了校，但in果日見D小朋友好開心！

Just wonder if you know the teacher:student ratio in Anfield primary?How many classes per year? Which subjects are to be taught?
