I think it is self explanatory if we have private lesson, we CHOOSE the coach, of course we are stable.
I was referring though EVEN the classes, I see the same coaches in the last 1.5 year teaching classes at different days and hours.
If your child takes beginner course, there are few designated coaches who teach that level. Then next course/term start, you will likely change coach if you choose different time and day of the week. And if your child go to next level, it's more people in a class as skill level goes up, and coaches are different as they go up in level.
You can also request the same coach if you like him/her to follow your child's progress, you just ask them which time and day that coach is teaching for the term.
I think that's very reasonable. No different from ballet classes, art classes, and group lessons you take anywhere else. But the STAFF at Dali in Kowloon Bay has been very reliable. Not much turnover.
