Mandarin Class

Hi, my kid is studying at an IS (going to be in P1 this coming August). I want to find a good Mandarin school with programs catered for IS students wanting to take the IB bilinugal exam.  Any good Mardarin schools preferrably in CWB/Tin Hau/North Point?  

I have looked at Luk Chan but they seem to be expensive.

What about Better Chinese in CWB?  That is where my kids used to go.

From other threads, I thought your kid goes to KCIS.  Do you think he/she really need additional mandarin classes?

He is going to esf this aug... so need to find outside Chinese classes for him..

BTW, Better Chinese has closed and no longer offer classes

My son is in RC, we got him to do Kumon Chinese right before P1. They have reading and writing homeworks, which takes about 20-30 minutes each day. I started to see huge improvements after 6-9 months.

He has been doing this for 2 years now, and he can recognize a lot of Chinese words and can read a lot of the difficult ones (ok still can't compare with local schools, but I think he is way more advance than his own school). And he's very proficient with pinyin.
