一星期有兩次20分鐘的英文課和一次20分鐘的普通話課。
有教phonics，是自製教材的。

I like the style of LLC very much.  It's happy to be a parent of LLC kid.

Which LLC does your child goes to?  How often are English and Mandarin class?
I want my daughter to enjoy and learn through a happy and relaxed environment, but on the other hand I read in another forum that there is only 2 English session and 1 Mandarin class on a weekly basis, each is 20 minutes only.  Actually, my daughter is now attending nursery and she has English sessions on a daily basis, each 20 minutes, and 2 Mandarin class during the week, again 20 minutes.  That's why I have slight concern as appear that she will not be exposed to a daily English environment.
I saw that the ratio is 1-8, but there are only four classes in PM with total of 112 students....which means approx 3-4 people in each classroom?

There are 3 net teachers in Causeway Bay LLC, 1 for each form.  Apart from teaching the English lessons, they will help in other activities too.  
There are about 30 students in each class, with 3 class teachers.  Also, there are some non-class teachers too.

Some are working mothers, some are not.

Do you think students have enough exposures to English and Mandarin in a weekly 20 minute session?  I heard from some, they seem to say you need to supplement with English and Mandarin sessions.  
Do you have any idea if there will be a change in syllabus since it is no longer aided by the government scheme?  E.g. more English sessions, more Mandarin sessions or harder syllabus?

I think every school has their own focus.  
If you like LLC's philosophy, you will not mind their arrangement for foreign languages.  If you think it's not enough, you can make your own arrangement for your kid then.
However, if you think the exposure to the foreign languages is very important, you should consider other schools.

I like their philosophy.....especially using music as a means to teach

我都很喜歡LLC的理念. 我的兒子本來只是on waiting list, 後來終於比我求位成功. 雖然有其他幼稚園(好多家長都更buy的, 又有學劵, 程度較深, 又重視兩文三語)可以揀, 但我同老公都決定揀LLC, 因為老師同理念. 放心讓小朋友入讀啦!
