小朋友非常非常開心, 聽老師話多過聽我話. 佢哋真有佢辦法.課程(N class) 都OK. 中文每兩星期教一個字. 英文每一,兩星期完一本故事書, 內有8-12 生字, 額外flash cards (至少50 words for whole year)
雜費,唔太記得. 好似至少$2000. 仲有間中會叫你買嘢定嘢 (e.g. Phonics CD, school photos CD etc), 雖然話就話自行決定買唔買, 但好少會真係唔買囉...
另外,學校有時都搞 seminar 俾家長, 請D專家來講 topic. 但又係要$$. 雖然又話optional, 可以唔join. 但好似其他學校搞呢類嘢, 好多時都free......

No. Just N class only. 我選佢N班全因我住在呢區。首選SC & 學之園唔收，但幸運地呢個n班又好ok喎! 到咗K1, 覺得呀女大d，放心誇區，選擇多些，又唔同。但問心，放棄佢K1都真係有15/16,同唔捨得的感覺。

有join! 都有用, 等小朋友慢慢適應.
1st week: 家長陪返一個鐘
2nd week: 自己返一個鐘
3rd week: 自己返兩個鐘
之後先正式開學自己返足三個鐘, 我女只在適應班2nd week 喊咗三日. 同埋1st week, 我可以去, 了解下老師, run down 都好. 但就要俾差不多成個月學費......
佢嗰班唔係個個同學上,  一班29人, 得15人上適應班. 所以適應班時, 老師的照顧都好多 (2本地, 1英語). 我覺得咁樣都令小朋友容易D喜歡老師, 而且1st week, 你可以陪住佢, 在學校不斷講呢個老師幾好, 嗰個老師幾錫你, 不斷麻醉佢. Haha. 咁小朋友對老師介心又少D.

Taking Local. Coz I asked the school for the difference between 2. They said basically the theme and mode are very similar. Everyday (or week), there will be a theme (e.g. Spring, transportation, farm etc. ) then, the school will base on this to divide into 4 parts. 1. Detailed explanation about the things related to the theme + art work
2. English activity related to the theme. Teaching related vocabs and songs. (30 mins)
3. Putonghua songs related to the theme. (15 mins)
4. Tea time.

Local stream: 1&4 will be in Cantonese
International stream: 1&4 will be in English

For local stream Part 1, they will teach the kid to recognise Chinese characters (e.g. 人木花日月手車）
But Int'l stream will not. I talked to the vice principal, she said if u r planning to let your kid studying in local schools (傳統小學), u must choose local. Otherwise, if u r planning to go for international school and no need for your kid to learn Chinese words at all, you may go for Int'l stream. That was the reason for me to pick local for N class before. But if I had chance to choose again, I may go for Int'l in order to let my kid building a better foundation of English. Coz i didnt see any K1 interviews will test the kid on recognizing Chinese words. I guess it wont be late for them to start that in K1 later.

Thx a lot. Ur info is very useful.Btw, would like to know if there are a lot of 新移民 in each class?
It seems that they admit quite a number of these students.

For the class that my kid attended seems not, all are chinese. I guess no other nationality like Japanese or Indian or Pakistani (while I saw Int'l stream do have a lot of kids from these nationalities). So far, most of the classmates' parents I met on school activities, they should be Hong Kong Local. 2-3 of them may not speak very native Cantonese (only parents not their kids, all the kids I met are able to speak Cantonese fluently) but they are very nice people.
