If got Grade 3 - merit; Grade 2 - distinction for Trinity GESE, what should I write in P.1 portfolio
1) Grade 3 only
2) Grade 2 only
3) Both Grades 2 & 3?

Grade 2 distinction
Actually the certificates are not so important, take it easy Mommy.
If you have more other activities other than academic, it may help for P.1, because principal can understand how you nurture your kid. GESE is just a public standard English spoken exam. It helps of course if you put it in the portfolio when it comes to the principal see it.

What is the problem to put both of them?  Do u feel shame to get merits ? It's not easy to get merits in Gr.3 for the children at this age.

From my point of view, both academic and ECA are important if u want to show in portfolio. Not only ECA.  For sure, the performance in the interview is the most important.
