Do you mean your daughter get the scholarship from GHS ? For my daughter, the offer letter don't mention sholarship ?

No need to decline a DSS to wait for another DSS.
You will decline a DSS only if you want to wait for Government/Aided Secondary Schools.

so you WILL turn down the offer, i.e. not going to register?
