My daughter had an interview in Jan, rec'd a letter today & put her on the waiting list.

Did the previous letter mention your girl will get the offer if she pass the interview, or on waiting list even she passes the interview?

Actually, it has two types of interview letter, one is if you pass the interview, you have guarantee offer; the other one is waiting list interview, which mean if you pass the interview, you are on the top of the waiting list, as the school expects it has some offer coming out after 1 round interview, so, very high chance, but need to wait.  I heard some cases need to wait until Aug to get the offer.
