According to the offical answer of the school, MS Primary school keeps 85% of its seat to its kindergarten students.

I think the situations of both of them are very similar.  They are private in primary school but they are subsidy secondary schools. Their students have to go through the central alloations.  Students have to get the top like (85%????) in order for sure their seats in their secondary school. The subsidy schools cannot guaranttee all students can go back to their train-through schools. It is based on the regulation of the "train-through" school, the TSA result and "cut classes" policy from last year.
