超額出現情況出現在太多現在哥哥姐姐就讀的弟弟妺妺報名，超出預留給他們的限額，才會出現「超額」。

多謝你的提醒，唔好意思，其實係我用詞不當。
其實以一個網嚟講，冇話超唔超收。因為個網要唔要借位唔係超收嘅原因。

至於15分抽喇沙，第一輪機會係零，唔使有期望。如你會搬去41網，機會有，因同分數無關，只係抽，靠運氣。

Does that mean that those school which have "超額" situation will not accept the admission of any applicant even with 25 points in the 自行階段? If my assumption is true, it is truly horrible as all children accepted in 自行階段 are those with elder sister/elder bother in the school or parent working in the school.

Hi winnietingting,

Let me clarify that it is not the case.  The mechanism itself protected this from happening.

Even if there are such situation when there are too many applicants who have elder brothers/ sisters studying the the primary school, the additional seats will not be taken from those quote for points system.  They will be taken from the central allocation plot.  And the reality is, this number is not as high as the media always said as they used a wrong way to calculate these numbers.

So, those with 25 points and even 20 points would have their chance protected.  The minimum these applicants would have is 20% of the total intake.

iantsang, first of all, thanks for compiling the information.

I have a question: e.g. Net 11 嘉諾撒聖心學校自行分配學位學額 is 75. That means there should be 75 for 統一派位, but there is only 70 left. Does that mean all seats in 自行分配 are already allocated to 世襲? Thank you.

I think I have explained this before and it is the reason why I need to put together this list.

You are right that there are 75 seats for DP. However, before the remaining seats are assigned for central allocation, 5 seats (1 seat per class) are kept for repeaters. Therefore, you can only find 70 seats remain.
