For coming week's discretionary places stage, you can apply to any schools in any net.  Just choose ONE only to apply.

For next year's central allocation (lucky draw), there is two section: A & B and section A allow you to choose schools from outside your net.  Chance won't be high as usually only a few seats available but certainly encourage you to try.  Good luck!

The information provided has no relationship with the banding of the students in a particular school.

btw, there are no banding for schools.  They are for students only.

最低超額 is the number of younger siblings which exceeded 30% of the total seats.  Usually this will means maximum 20% for points system and therefore minimal chance for 15 points.

我是農圃官小舊生，現住net12地區，大女，冇宗教分。請問
1 我應該自行收生填農圃道官小嗎?
若真的收了，囡囡便要每天過海上學
和我們便犠牲了抽net12的機會。

2參加大抽獎「中獎」機會大嗎?
我指的是中marymount , st Francis, 軒上，st paul college
St James 和軒下和寶血好嗎?
以上這幾間和以外的應怎樣排?

3其實我們也可以搬到油尖旺區住和抽那區的學校，
請問這兩區哪一區抽到好學校機會大一點?

That means the number of younger siblings applying to the school has exceeded the 30% quota predefined and so seats reserved for central allocation needs to be reduced to make room for these additional applicants.

I am sorry but seems you are mixing a few different issues together.

Anyway, for the concern of dis-continuation of the feeder and nominated systems, the current proposal is to keep the system, as mentioned in the news as following:

For the case of St. Clare's, as their primary school is a private school, they would remain a private school.  EDB rarely will allow any private schools to change to aided anymore in these days.

yes, you can say that.  Except that there is a small buffer of one seat per class where each school can reserve for P.1 repeaters.  So for those cases which I indicated "Normal" means those seats may not transfer to Central allocation.
