Anyone tried 水療?

Any parent tried that treatment before? is it good and where did you have the treatment?

I try in the special school.  It is good for his boby balance.  (before he has problem to stand/ walk in the unstable ground, e.g. ball pool).

買部home spa機回家做. 要有浴缸.

最初在水中做熱身運動,玩下遊戲,(同班房圍圈差不多),然後用浮板扶住踢腳,如是差不多六七八堂,再教了一些水中呼吸,但因為我只報了十二堂,最後都未學識游水,但佢而家不像以前怕水,可以跟普通教練學,我水療班中個個小朋友都沒有肢體問題,我估有感統問題,有些勁怕水,我也不知其他水療班是否一樣,但我囝算很開心。

我囝之前上了差不多一年的水療，主要是令佢不怕水及練佢肌肉張力。
之後是做一些閉氣及運氣的技巧。差不多一年到，物理冶療師叫我們不用再上，直接搵游泳教練單對單操姿勢。
個人認為如果小朋友張力低的話，值得上！
