CCKG面試

我之前好認真幫個仔找了一個面試班
但發覺好多媽媽話無用
不過現在輪到緊張媽媽擔心
請問有無媽媽教我可以怎準備
其實失敗都唔緊要
我都希望教個仔要盡力

The interview is really short, around 3 minutes.
So if the parents are not old boy/girl of DBS/DGS, or your kid is small boy/girl, or he/she is not out spoken.... frankly speaking the chance is very slim.    In my opinion, no need to prepare and it's wasting time.

So far 聽EK其他家長講佢入DBS和DGS都係30-50%左右（有家長話10%，亦有話90%），咁就算係咁好彩收左，如果有d家長有好龍校offer在手，放棄的風險都幾大。

There is gozzip sharing between CCKG parents that for this year, girls at CCKG could fill up one whole class at DGJS, or >80% in. For boys, >60% in at DBSPD.

I am very worried too...actually I am super worried. I really hope my girl can get into CCKG, she's v smart and conversant in english, just that she's v shy. if she's not shy and can answer all questions I have faith she can get in...i am sure I will have a sleepless night prior to her interview day.

不要太大壓力，位咁少，得吳得真系好難講。

前一排，帶小朋友去某國際學校interview，在waiting room見到的小朋友，很多都能說流利英語、幾乖、幾presentable。我本來覺得自己raise個女raise得幾好，但見到競爭咁激烈，邊個咁講好有把握。平常心、盡左力，就ok啦。

Are majority of kids there are "related person"?

My niece was in CCKG then to DGJS and now in DGS. They definitely had no relationship with the school. The principal told my sister-in-law "no worry, she's doing ok" right after the interview, and finally she got admitted.  But one thing to note is, at their time, more than half of the class' parents were medical professionals. My sister-in-law and her husband are in that category.

My niece had never gone to those interview training classes nor any playgroups.

Don't know things' been changed now.
