有話要家訪嗎? 我只係收到信話要核實地址啫, 有個信封, 要求寄回證明文件副本.

Objective: 查假地址
General result: nothing to be checked out.

yes, what I mean is the visit from education department. If I can show the rental contact to them, do they still visit suddenly  to ensure the address is real?
