My daughter is now in Grade 12 and applying the U in canada. The requirement is really high in Vancouver.

If you want to go to UBC (science) you need to have average 90+. SFU needs to have 86+

Besides, most of the u in canada needs certain hours of volunteer works. When you are a new in Canada its hard to due with it, so it will be better if you can have some hours of volunteer work in HK before you go.

【明報專訊】本地卑詩大學(UBC)及西門菲沙大學(SFU)的新生錄取通知大部分將於3、4月間發出，還未提交入學申請的學生要加快速度了！校方招生人員指出，卑大今年幾乎所有的科系都會採取多方考量錄取標準 (broad-based admission)，因此課外能力相當重要。

同時，卑大亦正就本地學生和國際學生的學費分別增加2%和4%進行公眾諮詢。
