I also got AM 宏福offer but would not reserve it as they will not teach Chinese.

depends what's the budget you have. i will pick Mingwai. My son is studying at Tivoli C/E class but found the administration is a mess and they charge me around $3000. If you only need to pay $1000 but receive much quality service, i will pick mingwai.
