VSA has an attractive building and a good curriculum.
But VSA rents out its swimming pool to a commercial swim school every weekend. My friend's kids who take swimming lessons at VSA pool told me that the floor is always wet in the changing rooms, hot water supply in the showers is inconsistent, shampoo and soap dispensers are usually empty, the hair dryers have long been broken and not repaired.
Do school facilities actually work and well maintained when students (rather than rentees) are using them during weekday?
