我不肯定St Paul Boys' 課程算不算深喎，
我好想知用家的睇法。Many Thanks.

在收生過程中，我見校長和
老師們都好nice，有經驗，安排得很周詳。
我覺得學生都幾純樸，
我亦十分like2012新校舍！

不過，我擔心小朋友從小就不斷與同
學比試排名會不會對學習帶來不良影響，
即使我用平常心看待，學生自己都會比較。
可能排名次也可帶來學習動機，也是
現實生活的需要，我就希望我個仔在還小
時可以主要為興趣、用求知的心態而去學習
，也許我這想法有點天真了！

因簡介會當日遲到, 請問校長有無提及外籍老師人數呢? 學校英語及普通話水平如何, 是否又寫得又講得呢?

小兒讀P3! 我嘗試答大家問題,
1. 主任年資--> 部份應該都教了好耐
2. 學樂器是收費(比外面平些), 但是進度慢, 因為學校考試&假期會停, 不過如果比小朋友試學都無所謂, OK先再轉出面自己學! 如果是樂團 / 校隊就不收費
3. 對成積表上的名次，作為家長真有啲壓力 --> 有些少, 反而小朋友不太著意, 又不會時常比較喎
4. 外籍老師人數呢? 2位
5. 學校英語及普通話水平如何, 是否又寫得又講得呢?  英語水平我覺得OK, 讀, 聽, 講都OK, 寫就有進步的須要.  普通話水平就一般, 可能到四年級開始全用普通話教中文, 佢地進步會快D.

我有事想知道, 校長有沒提及:
1. 新校會開4班OR3班?
2. 是否2012年12月先摋到?

new campus: move AFTER Christmas 2012 the earliest (that means, can even be later than that).

next school year: 3 classes (since they still use the old campus). They still need approval from EDB to change from 3 to 4 classes. In the meantime, still 32 boys per class. They do not guarantee would change to small class.

1. 新校會開4班OR3班?
答: 2012-13學年，依然係3班，每班32人。但由於新校會有多D課室，會做多D小組教學(依家的安排係英、數，每星期有2節分4組教。)
2. 是否2012年12月先摋到?
答: 校長話聖誔後至會搬，佢特別強調個"後"字的。新校會2012年6月交吉，之後會做內容裝修。

想請問點解學校做吾到一條龍，而祗是直屬中學，雖然聽，講八至成可升中。同埋lee個升中比例會否增減？

想請問點解學校做吾到一條龍，而祗是直屬中學，這個我都不清楚, 但現階段只要中,英, 數, 常-4個主科都有70分以上及操行無問題, 就可以順利過中學部, 好似剛剛那年都不只80%
中文: 教育出版社 快樂學語文
英文: 教育出版社 my pals are here! english for hong kong
數學: 現代教育研究社 現代數學
常識: 教育出版社 今日常識 + new general studies
我不覺多功課, 平均1-1.5小時可完成

個人看法及從身邊不同渠道得知, 英文是較深的. 中、常、數都用相關級別的教科書, 數學好的有拔尖課.

以我記得，校長在簡介會話今年有九成小學生達標 (Good Passes) 可上中學，不過唔知Good Passes的意思在五至六年後是怎樣了。

St Paul Boys' 課程算不算深?

I have 2 boys who are studying in St. Paul Boys now. IMO, English standard is obviously higher than normal school. Chinese and Maths standards are slightly higher than normal ones.

Both English and Maths have enhancement classes that top 5 students of each class can attend. However, the school also offers remedial classes to the students who need extra helps.

However, I find that the standard has been getting higher and higher in recent years. The test and exam papers can tell. For example, some of the junior secondary school students may not complete the "P5/P6 Comprehension Paper" easily within the time limit.

Just my 2 cents.
