What's a pity !
I think the turnover rate of class teacher and the high running cost is a main concern. The low salary can't keep the experienced teachers stay, except those loyal teachers.
In this year graduation performance, the headmistress already complained to Education Secretary that the subsidiary amount is too low to cover actually; because this amount keep same for many years.
In Ling Liang, high teacher student ratio; net teacher in each level; mandarin teacher; special PE teacher; many supporting staff; many functional/festival activity; intra-network; and a lot of photo/DVD.
Value for cost really ! |
