me two....learn that the form d/l from web can't be tranasfered as there is name and no. assigned on it....how about the form get from school directly? if it's a common one and you have extra (e.g. you get one from web also), please kindly help. ascot就張張唔同no.，除非download多咗，否則都幾難俾到人..

想請問大家, 我ascot 及kln tong 都有download.

ascot 有4頁 (有問卷), kln tong 那份只有一頁 (沒有問卷)

正確嗎？

車厘厘火炭樂基是親自攞form, 仲要即場mark出世紙number架, 所以應該不能download架發表於 12-11-7 16:41

火炭無學dl ,3號當日親身攞喎！攞時老師已係份表上填上小朋友出世紙號碼，不可複印，因同收據no.一樣！
