I think KV already pre-screened the kids based on their birth month.

3 yrs ago my elder kid went for KV interview.  She is a small girl born in Oct.  Woo, the teacher was terrible and you could feel she just want to kick us out from the beginning of interview.  Even my gal wanted to try to do blocks etc., she just took away without letting her to try.  My gal felt scary of the teacher indeed.

This year, my twins went interview and they are big bb i.e. 0309.  They interviewed on separate date that means we met 4 different teachers.  all very nice teachers and interact with my twins patiently.   

I am not sure it is true or not but just my instant feeling.

真係每年面試後comment都一樣!
只有KV家長先會清楚KV有幾好!
我大仔讀緊, 上年細妹k1面試遇到好cool老師,
知道有哥哥讀緊都全情冇笑容,
結果有答問題有唱歌都waiting!
但我覺得幾十個老師當中有幾個態度麻麻唔出奇,
唔可以一竹萵打一船人,
間學校唔好又點可以辦學四十幾年, 每年幾千人報名?
我囡囡而家讀另一間幼稚園,
但我仍然認為KV係一間非常出色學校,
老師嚴緊但小朋友返學好開心,
輕輕鬆鬆就學到好多野, 而且非常獨立!

預祝懂得欣賞KV嘅家長小朋友成功入讀,
唔認同嘅家長小朋友亦能入讀更合適嘅學校!

當時我個女已經有更理想offer!

囡囡依家讀緊K1係KV.佢係中女，而佢班中亦有4、5個9月10月出生既細囝細囡，全班共26人，其實KV都唔係只係收大仔大囡。當然，呢幾個細仔細囡確實幾smart!所以面試都係睇表現既！

I read from the '根德園幼稚園' board that someone got an offer from KV already. Has anyone from this board received KV offer?

I've just called KV and the letter has not sent out.  The staff said they will send out by end Nov.

我之前爲小女考入KV,都擔心討論區講老師好惡好多功課。當時因見小女在活動教學的幼兒園好像 bb,怕欠獨立訓練，就轉KV讀，已踏入三年。老師們是專業有耐性，對小朋友的學術及紀律要求高。今年小女面對小一面試，就感受到自律有禮就是必備條件，慶幸她訓練有素，結果令我們滿意。平日中英數三項功課，每星期小默書也習以為常，對適應小學要求就輕鬆。
我們選學校可考慮想小朋友得到什麼就去揀自己需要和合適的。祝喜歡KV的爸媽願望成真，小朋友成功入讀。
