too many people apply (around 4000), 3-4% chance on average. Just hope that my daughter is a lucky one to enter the 2nd in.

I found quite a lot of school have their second interview conducted by the principal / vice principal.  

I think it is normal when first interview were usually group intereivws conducted by different teachers while 2nd interveiws are usually 1-to-1 interview by a very limited senior staff.

I think it is to  for them to know the children better on 1-to-1 interview.

But I understand from BK that TSL second interviews are not conducted in group interview again, and not being conducted by the principal.  Any ideas why they carry out the 2 interviews in the same mode?
