今日有冇人去St Stephen Girl 交form呀?

So let me tell u my no. on Fri, pls!.

last year, I got 20 marks and got an offer.
on the other hand, a friend of mine who also got 20 marks, got no offer.
so really depends on your luck.

I don't have information regarding total number of applicants last year.

What I know is that 50 seats is for round 1 (discretionary stage admission) and 50 seats is for round 2 (central allocation).

There should be a total of 100 students. But on orientation day, I noted (from the list), there are 4 classes, each with 26 students. That means there are  4 seats for "knock door".

I heard that St Stephen's kindergarten kids have got higher chance for "knock door", but can't confirm whether this is a true statement.

FYI, my kid is not from St Stephen's kindergarten.

第一輪有30個位（學校小一全部學額30%）比必收生，唔夠派就會用埋第二輪的學額，佢地唔需要計分，呢批人包括：
兄／姊在該小學就讀或父／母在該小學就職的申請人的學位

學校小一全部學額20% + 必收生用剩學額（如果有），就用計分方法派位。最高可以有35分（例如父／母全職在與該小學同一校址的幼稚園或中學部工作(20分)+ 與該校的辦學團體有相同的宗教信仰(5分)+適齡(10分))。

真的奇怪！因為，我是沒有妳們所說的 number，所以剛剛也打給 SSGPS 學校的工作人員 也說是沒有什麼 number的，最後，公佈結果是號碼，是每個人的申請表上的 小一入學申請編號的。

Have you submitted the form?  
If so, the school had assigned a number to you, say 1xxxxx.  I personally guess the last 4 numbers reflect the no. of applicants.

Just wonder if the 1st ap ...

If KG accepts my girl, should I choose to enter to increase the knock door chance? or go choose another K and wait for lucky draw? If SSGP is my no.1 primary. We only have 15pts, same district. If it's lucky draw anyway, I may choose another K to boost other primary chances. Any comment?

I confirmed with the school - that 6 digit number is a number representing the school, not a number assigned to the applicant.  The number assigned to the applicant is the 8 digit number pre-printed on the upper left hand corner of the form.  Therefore, you can't really guess how many people had submitted the forms using any of these numbers on the form.
