SPCC interview notification letter

You are not alone.  Me too.  Group 4, submitted on 7/9, no letter yet.

But think positively, we are not missed.  We will have interview one day, sooner or later.

Actually, if we are not required to have the interview on 8/10, it is already very lucky.   What I worry most is that we may receive letter on 6/10 asking us to interview on 8/10!  Then a big clash with other schools!

Who else had the chance to meet with the principal in the 1st round? Were you arranged to meet with the principal in the 1st round or the teachers selected the better candidates to let them see the principal? So for those who only met with the teachers, does it mean they almost have no chance?

Anyone can share their thoughts?

我小朋友話淨係同老師傾偈，冇見過校長，所以一個鐘出左嚟…可能佢唔係the best…
我估你個諗法都岩既，可能老師會揀d好既出嚟見校長，因為校長應該見唔哂咁多小朋友…
仲有佢個interview都幾好玩，仲同我想像中有d出入…呀女玩得好開心!

Same feeling.  Still no letter for interview.  Just hope don't arrangement on 8 Oct if received.

Don't think my daughter saw the headmistress either (I showed her the picture before but she said that was not who she met with).  I think the headmistress needs to share the work with other teachers and that's why your child might not necessarily see her.  As to whether that is a reflection of your chance, that I really don't know.

My interview letter doesn't mention anything regarding interview with the principal. So for the case who had the chance to meet with the principal, how long was the interview and was the flow same? i.e. spending long time in watching movie and library? And which part did the principal get involved?

It should be a standard letter: "2012 年度小一入學 學生面見校長通知書".

封信第一行會寫"...面見校長...", 但係我覺得只係形式上... 幾千人報名, interview分開咁多日, 你估校長得唔得閒咁多日唔駛做野見咁多人? 我覺得大家唔駛好似達文西密碼咁估封信有咩特別含意....

重有, 唔知係咪心理作用, 面試當日見到d小朋友好多都好醒目, 所以我都好平常心, 一山還有一山高, 一切隨緣... 睇下自己小朋友同間學校有冇緣份...

My friend told me his son went in for one and a half hour, by the time he left still no chance to meet principal as there were still 2 left in the room.

The duration of my daughter's interview is 1hour20mins. She told me the flow for all canditates is the same and she saw 4 rooms for individual interview (Room no. 4, 5, 6 & 7. She was interviewed by the Principal Mrs. Leung stationed in Room 7.

I called today and the lady said there are still some letters not yet sent out.  She asked me to be patient.  The only luck is not crash with 8th
