so good to know so many mammies' response, we can exchange more information.
hei, I'd like to ask you all, when do you kids take nap? go to sleep at night? My son now goes to school at PM, no time to take a nap. After he comes back from school, he always play around and doesn't take a nap. At night, he also doesn't want to sleep and the earliest time he falls asleep is 11:00pm la. That worries me.

我2個都唔nap啦，放學返黎5點3，沖涼之後做功課，食完飯夜晚玩下睇下書，10點半入房訓，訓到第朝9點幾10點，哥哥就完全ok，細佬有時o係校車會訓著左

都好啊,一覺瞓11,12個鐘!
我囡以前返開AM,朝早好早起身,一向有午睡.
初開學都好早起身,7-8點,無午睡,放學都無瞓,响車都唔瞓,晚上又唔肯瞓,於是唔夠瞓好扭計...
依家叫有進步,10-11時先瞓著,早上8-9時起身,但唔肯响車度瞓,一日只瞓10個鐘,真係唔夠!

我仔就十一點瞓，早上九點幾或十點幾起身！通常唔午睡！

Hello, my son also goes to K1 PM class this year.
He usually go to bed around 9:30 and wake up 8:30-9:00, no afternoon nap except on Sats and Suns

Oh, how come your son can sleep so early? Can you tell me the secrets? My son doesn't want to go to sleep and every night, I have to spend great efforts and time to ask him to go to sleep.
