公立醫生和護士不足時, 你看急症門診時你唯有等, 可能長達幾小時, 當然唔會在醫院自己打針攞藥食.  有錢的當然找私家醫院或醫生解決, 冇錢的買成藥解決.

你在街上有幾可見到警察?  遇劫時, 因不足警力常在你左右,  你當然自己要想辦法, 你有體能如警察自己抗暴當然也可以.

酒樓人手不足, 你可以等茶壺加水, 或自行添水, 再向酒樓反映投訴.  但人力長期不足, 非行業或顧客所想, 迫不得以的現實.

教育不足, 是長期現實, 家長課外解決者眾, 當然有些家長家教比教師更用心用力.

最後回應你所問, 如消防員不達標, 又應聘者不足.  身為市民, 多些防火意識, 學下用大廈的消火筒, 不要坐以待斃等運到, 事事倚賴.

To have competent teachers, the gov should control the quality of the new blood and replace the bad blood.

For new blood, the Institute of Edu should be a graduate school, enforcing strict requirements to its graduates. The teachers' wage should be raised to attract good students.

For bad blood, the uncompetitive schools should be closed down with insufficient intakes. The most selected schools should be expanded.

Any comment?

第一, 所謂的基準是可以讀回來的, 何來有基準可言!!! 何來信任其基制??? 結果是很難聽的英和普!!!

第二, 教院升格大學資格完全未達!!! 不要害了下一代!!!

說實在的, 要有語言環境才可以訓練好的說話能力(英/普) .  一小朋友入了國際學校一個月已能掌握不錯的英語溝通能力! 為何我們的孩子不肯說英語和用英語表達, 因為沒有這個語境!!

if we wait for primary pupils to be good language teachers, it'll take ten years.

Now, examine the teachers' language level every 2 or 3 years and suspend those who fail from "teaching" language.

你其他例子全不恰當，因為他們是有足夠專業技術，只是人數不夠多。

教師的語文 ...

除醫護外, 你如何判定其他的有足夠技術.  以前當警條件為視力良好, 最少5呎半高, 現在要求如何?  

教師語文水平不足, 不是不懂語文, 怎可和消防員不懂救火比較.  算是恰當嗎?

不是有不少家長話受學校普教的子女, 能說不錯的普通話,   有沒有小學家長, 多詬病於英語課程和學習不足, 少責難於老師.   我對小兒小學語文老師滿意, 他今天因我問及, 說對連教他幾年的中學英語女老師稱許.  我又一次幸運感恩.  你的又如何?

記著, 我們如其他大多數先進國家一樣, 進行全民基本免費教育,  有一定數量學生, 就要有一定數量教師和學校, 不會因教師水平不足, 去蕪存菁減其量, 而要要受益人的學生相應減其學習需求.  所以就算不足的老師, 也要廖化作先鋒, 製造出萬多二萬會考零分生.

如何改進教育變成更完善, BK 家長討論多年, 多從教育改革全盤去想, 未得良法.   不知善意批評老師的家長, 有何高見?
