yes, they accepted as my girl study in the kindergarten,
we only handed in form and K2 result only, but
we saw parents handed in the form and portfolio last month, and teachers accepted.

Yes and no specific restrictions on your submission of supporting documents, e.g. portfolios, certificates, etc. Of course, it is quite odd to submit 100 pages of information, as they will file your application with submission materials in one A4 sized folder.
