why we need to sign so call"保密協議"???
i am also the parent of the LN class and i can't come to the meeting today. One staff contacted me this morning and gave me some choice....

You dont have to sign that "保密協議"??
So, what are your choices?
They said there is a parent meeting in the afternoon, the "option form" would be available in the meeting on Saturday... Wonder you have "choices" now?

The headmistress said she will 'collect the suggestions and consolidate', so that the option form will be available on the meeting at OU on Sat.

I do not mean to stir up conversations... but does the Social Work departement (for 2 years old baby class) and Education Bureau know about this?
Is that "confidentiality agreement" legal at all?
This sounds very ridiculous! No signing = no discussion?

No signing = you will know the final options later, but not involved in the discussion today

如果係我,我會盡力周圍再問問仲有無位,就算係名氣,課程略遜既學校,我都會試.當然學位難求,唔一定揾到,但唔試過點知?

去年我仔k2,一班24人,兩個老師,一個pth一個eng.上課時是分開兩組的.所以是一老師對12個學生.
當時是同一個課室,ok大的,兩組分開兩個corner,兩組之間有櫃分開的.我都有擔心會唔會同一課室有影響,我問個仔有冇分心,佢就話冇.
我覺得好可惜,好地地一間學校搞成咁.如果講以前我仔響度讀時,學校係好ok的,雖然有時行政有d混亂,但老師幾好,最重要是我仔的pth及eng都講得好好.
我覺得如果大家好冇信心,搵第二間啦!但如果轉唔到要讀住先,我建議大家選舊校,始終新校新裝修,其實我唔鍾意,d味影響人的健康,比佢地有冇得用又大又新的校園,梗係健康重要d.

My daughter was in Think Mei Foo and the class size was small. For UN and LK, there were about 20 students with 2 students. The groups were a bit bigger in UK because of both mandarin and cantonese students would go to the same class. My daughter's group had about 13 students and I think it is still acceptable.
I also feel sorry that the school would  have such problem this year. :( What a pity!

我仔是全日英普班的,pth沒有外出學,eng有上trinity班,不過唔係因為佢eng唔好要上,而係我唔肯定佢有冇國際學校考到入去,所以報trinity純粹是攞cert.,如果入唔到IS,要考LOCAL會好D,報來佢入了IS,就冇再讀.
我家沒有英語環境的,用的是印印,我們在家說廣東話.我仔叫我唔好講PTH及ENG,因為唔好聽.
佢英文係得的,點解?因為佢上K1的SUMMER我帶過佢去油麻地一間ENG.CENTRE度做ASSESSMENT,個REPORT話佢英文好好,然後建議佢入的班,是我另一個朋友個女(讀LOCAL SCHOOL)上的班,而個細路女係升P2,而我仔只係升K2.所以你可以知道佢個LEVEL係好的,而上P2班係因為你知啦!佢升K2,始終認讀英文字同串字係冇人咁好家嘛!
後來我在油麻地上了一個月就冇上,因為佢地程度我覺得我仔完全應付有餘,跟住我為了佢有CERT在手,就幫佢報了幾個月TRINITY班,老師話佢完全OK,TRINITY考試亦全部分都係A.你可以參考.
PTH方面,其實佢應該都好強(其實我識PTH的,但不是母語),我仔好少講PTH,但佢睇電視聽PTH完全理解,平日佢同小朋友(在校內)係用全PTH的,LEE個係我參加佢地活動觀察到的.不過講真,佢講PTH比起講英文,係冇咁有信心同咁大聲成日講.
佢好搞笑的,無端端去行行下街佢都唔知點解會變左大大聲講全英文,有時人地都會望下佢,佢又唔係特登,佢係好自然想講就講.
THINK搞成咁,如果我仲響度讀,我都好徬徨,而且我覺得真係好可惜.我知大家都有自己睇法,所以我都唔會講D咩,只係如果你地想問我個仔去年就讀的情況,我可以回憶下,或者再問下個仔.我仔在THINK由LN讀到UN,RECEPTION,共讀了三年,九龍塘校.

My son was in Kln Tong Think too. Although I change to another school now, my son and I like this school. Not talking about the management, the teachers are so so so so so good. The language environment in this school is also good. We're a pure Cantonese Speaking Family, no PTH and no Eng. But my son can communicate well with Western people (children and parents) when he's playing in playground. He can also speak PTH with others too. It's really out of my expectation. Most important is, he try and try and try. I think THINK's teacher is experienced and with a "heart" towards children.

To those THINK parents, don't feel bad towards this school just due to the management. Later on, your child will love this school.

Regarding the school bus, I'm also very frustrated when i'm new to a kindergarten. They took 1 hour while I can find a nanny bus which took 15 mins only. Now, I'm in another school which is also located in Kln Tong. The school bus takes 1 hour 15 mins!!!!!!! So, I find another nanny bus again.

Hmmm......don't know how to comfort you all. All in all, my son has studied in Tutor Time and Think. In terms of teachers, I like Think more than Tutor Time.

Maybe you are asking, why I change....just because of the "Name" of the school lor.....I think for P1 admission, to certain extent, the name of the school may help a bit (Maybe I'm wrong). Actually, I am hoping my son like the new school and the teachers there are good too. Otherwise, I will regret.
