溫哥華有咩好既 high school 同 大學

本人同女兒都有加拿大 passport, 女兒今年9月係香港讀中一, 有興趣比亞女番 Vancouver 讀書, 朋友告訴我最好係香港讀完中三就過去讀 high school ? 你們覺得應該甚麼時候去最好 ? 請介紹有咩好既 high school & university, 大約每年學費是多少 ? 如果我是加拿大citizen 請問是否每年都有退休金 ? Million thanks !

Hi,
Just wondering what kind of high school have you thought of getting your daughter in?? Public or private? Day or boarding?? If you think that being a citizen can be a priviledge, then maybe public high school is your choose, since you do not have to pay anything. The catch is you have to stay there for your daughter, and pay tax for the education.
When to go back depends on how mature your daughter is and how well her English is. Can she adapt well into a brand new environment? Does she make friends easy? Are you going with her or not?
Or have you thought about the family should be moving back to Canada?
It really should deserve a deep thought.

奇怪教育局點會理你有冇交稅, 唔係只要居民就有書讀? 我見朋友回流返加國, 之前一樣冇交稅, 都只係帶住址證明及身份證明便可以去SCHOOL BOARD搵學校

係話要both 家長一齊居住在加拿大添!不過來了一年多了,都無特別check過!我有時都會諗…....how to know!

睇下自己点計啦!我個細女係HK升中一過來的,是三個之中比較易D上手, Grade 7,仲有好多daytrip ,會好開心及有好多回憶添!

多謝各位的分享, 我仲想知道以下幾條問題, million thanks !


1.  聽朋友講溫哥華好既大學得 UBC 同另外一間 (唔記得叫咩), 同埋 UBC 係勁難考到, 反而多倫多除左 UT, 仲有 York, Queens, Ryderson, etc.... 好既大學可以選擇, 所以佢叫我番多倫多隱陣 d, 大家點睇 ? 同埋如果係 Citizen 考呢d 名大學係咪易過 student visa 果班 ?


2. 亞女今年11歲有Canada passport & Certificate of Canadian citizenship 係咪可以拎所謂既 "牛奶金" ? 但我地係香港又無 Canada 銀行戶口.

我女比較鍾意藝術既野 e.g. 畫畫, 手工, 有咩大學岩佢讀, 係咪 Toronto 既 Ryderson ? 女仔係果邊多數選咩科? Million Thanks !

Thank you!麻煩晒!我也有聽聞,但我朋友住在whiterock,如果小兒到加讀書可以住他那兒,佢話這間學校是那裡唯一間學校有IB課程讀!
