Yes, you can apply to both True Light kindergartens. We did that too last year.

咁如果兩間都收, 放棄其中一個位, 會唔會有影響另外一個學位呢? 其實兩間學校唔知會唔會有溝通??

What do you mean by "affecting the other seat offered"?

Basically the two kindergartens are under separate administrations (otherwise you cannot apply to both). I guess they may have communications concerning high-level management, but wouldn't be on the level of students' admission. These are totally separated.

Up to the recent year (and I think they assure this in kindergartens' application) it is still 100% guarantee.

Well, I guess it is understandable although their primary section has boys, but secondary section is girls only. So, it is logical that they are still view as a girls' school so less boys will apply.

真光幼稚園係保証直升小學, 但係真光中學係津貼學校, 咁係咪小學唔一定可以直升中學, 都要等小一派位呢? 如果我又唔咪灣仔區校網, 咁係咪無機會入到中學呢?

如果真光同聖心或聖保祿比較, 邊間比較好呢? 聖心同聖保祿係咪都唔保証100%收哂幼稚園學生?

以我所知，升中派位暫時係跟小學校網，同你住邊無關，但教育制度成日轉，十幾年後唔知會變成點…

I think you mean 中一派位, right? Their primary is a nominated school to their secondary section, so there are seats reserved for own students. Plus many students will apply for own school, so the percentage promoting to secondary is in fact quite good. It's around 60-70% if I remember correctly (this is NOT a low percentage), since some top students will go elsewhere when you have a choice. This is a very normal phenomenon nowadays in HK during S1 promotion. As you are new so I must clarify this to you first.

Also, S1 allocation is not related to home address, it is related to the district of the primary school only.

Concerning the comparison, I think it is really no need to do so now. You probably should apply them all first and decide after the offers been made. Good luck!
