HKPS, Kowloon Tong

Any comments for HKPS, Kowloon Tong ?  My daughter admitted in this school at interenational Class.  Is it the ratio of the class should be 1: 10
and have 1 Net - Eng  and 1 Net Potunghwa class teacher.  

I heard from some parents that this school is small room around 20 students for each classroom.  Is that right ?

All classes will not be more than 30 students.  
There are two class teachers (one NET and one Chinese (PTH or Cantonese depends on stream)).  

Some classes even have one more teacher assisting all the time.  So i think the ratio is around 1:10.
