但是, 我睇過聖米迦勒小學的網頁內容, 他們的教學和活動好像很多元化, 升中派位入band 1的%真是很低嗎? 有沒其他家長可以提供多些意見比較下這兩間小學, 哪間比較好呢?

Pao Mai has 1/3 going to band 1.Putonghua teaching Chinese since p2. more seats than Wai Lee. Wai Lee teaches Chinese in Cantonese.

You not only have to consider the % going to band 1, u also need to consider how many points your son has and what are the chances of getting in if seats are limited.

Even if you plan to "knock door", even kids in Wai Lee's kindergarten are not guaranteed any priority. You may end up going to choice 3 or worse.

請問炮米男生多數會派哪間band 1中學呢? 每年多唔多人數可以派到皇仁呢? 衛理下午和炮米, 你們會揀邊間呢? 請給意見.  
另外, 有沒人知柴灣天主教明德在成績, 升中派位好唔好呢?
如果唔揀衛理下午或 炮米, 揀入讀柴灣明德小學是不是很傻呢?
有無家長可以比下意見我呢?

If u want your son to go to Queens, then u should not choose these 2 schools cause only 1-2 boys will go to Queens each year. To go to Queens, choose their related primary schools like Henessy am/pm in Wanchai or AdrichBay Govt Primary in Saukeiwan. 25% of the seats of Queens go to these primary schools. Check which year they will "unhook".

Which net are u in anyway, cause Ming Tak is in net 16, not net 14.

Did u go to any open days on Saturdays? Even if not, look at their websites or call them. You will find out more. If u care for you kid, spend some time to research. The school in net 14 with the highest % going to band 1 are not any of the ones u mentioned. But still, if your aim is Queens, you should not choose net 14.

對, 我其實目標是皇仁, 可是今次派位結果是衛理下午, 而軒官上下都沒位了, 現在我只想找一間有多機會能入到皇仁的小學去叩門, 所以才問下炮米和柴灣明德的資料, 如果這3間小學入皇仁的機會都是很低的話, 我會再努力找其他小學是大機會入到皇仁的.  希望各位家長可以比多些意見我如何選擇呢?
