cannot apply the P.1 admission talk today

I started to apply for the admission talk from 10am, but after I press the "summit" button, it just only show "the line is busy, error 43", then I try to fill in the form again and again to summit, but it still show error! after 20 minutes, the cantonese admission talk is FULL already!!!! I think if there are some problem on the server or not?
any parents can apply the admission talk?

i also the same case as u, start apply at 10:01am, then 10:23am found the cantonese session is full

I tried before 10:30am, Cantonese session is full, trying Eng session but an error msg is shown when i clicked submit.
