有幾多個插班位呢?  Don't la, it depends on whether there are 學生轉走 + 留班學生
點解學生會走? 1) moved to another district, 2) get into a better school, 3) 留班學生轉走

TinHay, thank you for your reply.  My girl is promoting to P4.  The school was very good in offering an interview to her though she is not the top in the class.  We failed in getting a P4 place.
