It's my pleasure to perform this task and thank you and many others who support this thread.  It's almost beyond my imagination that we can start to build a network and exchange ideas and info well before the academic year starts.

The next toughest task is to recognise each other in person.  Shall we devise some methods so that we can be identified on the spot?  Creative suggestions are most welcomed.  No flowers attached on the shirt please.

I understand our predecessors identified themselves by holding a pack of 旺旺 years ago.  Shall we think of something else this year?

旺旺 is full of MSG.  A pack of Pretz might be better. :)

Please include my son whose name is Hermes.  A pack of Pretz is good once it is not finished well before we recognise each other.

Even if Hermes has finished the whole pack of Pretz, keep holding the empty box until you are identified by us. :)

A pack of Pretz in hand, maybe it will not only attract us, but also our sons. well... i should keep the big big one which i brought in Victoria Park. good idea, i agree.
when? Jun,25? or Aug 20?

As we can't bring our son to the orientation on 20 Aug, holding the Pretz packing on that day would be a good solution. :)
