Following '微調' starting 2010 onwards, basically there's no so-called 英中 or 中中. To my understanding, most parents would name those secondary schools using EMI as 英中 while CMI as 中中. Interesting enough, not all students in 英中 may be accepting full EMI if there's not all Eng classes while some students in Eng classes of a 中中 may have it. No matter how & what, I believe the most important of all is that students have the initiative & interest to learn regardless of the intrument of language.
