GH幼稚園怎樣學英文?

GH幼稚園怎樣學英文?因為知道這是沒有學券的幼稚園,課程應跟有學券的不同,請問小朋友怎樣學英文,程度如何?如家中沒有請菲傭,只有媽媽跟小朋友說英文,及在GH學習,可以銜接上小學嗎?需否額外補英文?有冇家長可以分享下?謝謝!

坦白說，我小朋友而家k3，見佢地d英文較淺!如果conversation and oral,就一定唔可以淨靠學校。真係要同佢地惡補!!同埋，佢地會有story books,但可能課堂緊迫，教左同無教差不多，我地都要同佢地一齊讀。

另外，我唔知有學劵既學校係咪真係淺d,不過gh唔係國際學校又唔係billingual,可能語言方面會弱d!

甘我唔同意啊,我阿女都系K3,派番黎既故事書本本都滾瓜爛熟,我問佢點解會甘熟,佢話因為日日未上早會之前都會一齊讀

我覺得,如果家長每天都肯同小朋友一起讀書/看書,英文同中文都會進步好多,呢個系永久不變既道理.

其實,好多幼稚園既學生都會去kids' gallery呢d地方學多d,有好多人有會去上/考Cambridge試,真系各施各法架

oh you remember me? haha yes we finally choose GH for my daughter, coz I think it's the best choice among the rest!! I believe the education approach of GH is long run and do the best benefit for my daughter. We are expecting.... and also I love the uniform so much.

請問GHK小朋友的英文如何? 講及閱讀可以嗎? 學校有冇reading scheme? 需要在外面好intensive咁補英文嗎?
一般GHK的家長agreesive嗎?

be honest,  for english learning, i don't rely on he school, my daughter has english classes since she was very young.  i think most of the parents will have additional english classes for their kids.  as i know, the gh parents are very concern about the kids development even though they have p1 back up.  the gh kids do have many ECA, such as english, pth, dance, music and participating in different kinds of competition :)

forgot to tell, we have reading scheme, kids go library once a week, then they will do a simple reading report.

Some of their students in K1 can speak simpleenglish  sentences, but I don't think it's from GH kinder. Most of the parents will have extra English courses for their children no matter what kinder they study. Only 3 hours in school, schedule is quite tight and not enough. GH KG only have 2 native teachers for the school and they should have less than 15 mins per day to spend on students.

Moreover, GH primary english is quite high, they already have P2 standard english by studying P2 textbooks (most famous primary/DSS primary study P2 textbooks, e.g. St. Clare, DGS etc) once you enter P1. If you don't have good english standard, I believe it's quite hard for them to catch up. You better put more efford in their English.

Honestly, I don't believe their girls can catch up Primary section by their current standard unless they willing to change.
