Beethoven's 5th Symphonyis roughly equivalent to what grade?

will it be too difficult for a kid who just started learning piano for 6 months?

Hi!

As a piano teacher's reference, i think its a bit too hard for a person to play the Beethoven 5th only learning the piano for 6 months.

I am not sure which version do you use(since theres some simpler version edited by other composers)

I would really recommend play this piece after learning the piano for a couple months more. It also depends on how well you learn it.(maybe approach that after 1 year?)

depends on the version and arrangement of the piece.
My son can also play 1812 overture, but it is actually Grade 2 level.

in Alfred Famous and Fun Classics Book 3.

To me, it is very difficult. Not sure whether it suits a kid who has learned piano for 6 mths?
