1.若是Band 1 叻學生,你會為那一間直資放棄统一派位?

2.若是Band1尾Band2頭學生,你會否為直資英中(Band 1-Band 2)如李国宝,培橋,林大輝而放棄统一派位?

現時好難估計入到皇仁機會有幾大.

就假設St. Paul Co-edu取錄你兒子, 你可從幾方面同皇仁比較:

(1) $48,000 vs 免費, 能負擔每年48,000嗎? (如果要apply 資助, 會批幾多?)
(2) co-edu同清華附中已結成友好學校, 一定有交流機會, 可有多些exposure.
(3) co-edu中學標榜通識教育, 而且有很多對外交流同攪活動機會, 就而家社會對教育要求來說, co-edu看來比較全面.

如果co-edu收你兒子, 他本身學業方面一定很好, 在哪學校(co-edu/皇仁)讀書都會讀得叻, 一定會入到好大學, 而家問題係兩間學校哪間可以比多d讀書以外的exposure佢, 呢樣o係中學階段都好緊要, 可以train到各方面能力(應變, 溝通, 團隊精神, 世界觀, 合作, 待人處事....), 而co-edu的每年48,000學費是否值得"買"這些東西.

在這些方面, 我對皇仁的認識唔多, 你可以去做下呢方面research, 然後再決定去co-edu定博入皇仁.  同時, 亦可找找資料, 看看這兩校對報scholarship去外國名大學的chance有幾大.

I've not been to St. Paul Co-edu session for secondary school.  Ha..ha.. my son is just a K3 student.  He has a long way to go b4 secondary!!!

I got St. Paul Co-edu's info just because I had been to their briefing for Primary 1 application, I got their well-presented pamphlet and therefore I know those info.

Of course, they also tell parents how to apply subsidies, but I think this is not the main point for most of the parents.  If this is not a very very good school, I think even half price, like a lot of new DSS school without history, you and I will not go there.  That's why I just want to share with BK members how good of this school but not how much of this school.
